Booking an Appointment
To book an appointment, visit our website and select your desired service, date, and time. * We do not offer email and phone scheduling at this time.

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come basis.

Waitlist: Our waitlist will automatically notify clients of new availability that matches their requested time slots.
Cancelling an Appointment
We require 24 hours notice for cancelling. Log into your account and select your appointment. You will have the option to cancel and reschedule.
*Inside the 24-hour mark, you will need to send us an email. The system will not allow any modifications.
Duration of Sessions
Our massage sessions typically range from 60 minutes to 120 minutes, depending on the type of massage you choose and your individual requirements.

Payments and Returns

Payment Due at Service: Payment is required at the time the service is rendered.

Final Sale Policy: All sales on gift cards, certificates, and Premiere Card packages are final three days after the date of purchase.

Expiration of Promotions: All in-house promotions and Premiere Card packages expire one year from the date of purchase.

Non-promotional Gift Cards: Full price Gift Cards expire 4 years from the original date of purchase.
Confidentiality and Communication Policy

Privacy Assurance: Your therapist maintains strict confidentiality and does not share information about your session with others.

Physician Communication: If you would like your therapist to send a note to a physician, please provide a written request.
Massage Therapy Terms and Conditions​​

​Respecting Boundaries: We are committed to adhering to professional boundaries for every session. If a guest is unable to respect these boundaries, the therapist reserves the right to discuss appropriate action, which may include the refusal of treatment.

Purpose of Massage: The massage or bodywork provided is intended solely for relaxation and relief of muscular tension. If the guest experiences any discomfort or pain during the session, they agree to immediately inform the therapist to allow adjustments in pressure and technique.

Massage as a Complementary Therapy: Guests understand that massage and bodywork are not substitutes for medical examinations, diagnoses, or treatments. For any medical concerns, guests should consult a physician, chiropractor, or another qualified health professional.

Scope of Practice: Guests acknowledge that massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose conditions, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illnesses. Statements made during the session should not be interpreted as medical advice.

Medical Disclosure: To ensure safe and effective treatment, guests agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions honestly. Guests are responsible for informing the therapist of any changes in their medical profile, understanding that the therapist is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health information.

Professional Conduct: Any illicit or sexually suggestive behavior during the session is strictly prohibited. Such behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the guest will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

A: We use all premium Oils and Lotions for your Massage session. All-natural, paraben-free, and unscented.
Q: Is there a difference between a Massage Therapist and a Masseuse?
A: Massage Therapists are trained to use therapeutic massage techniques at an accredited program. Upon graduating we are required to pass a National Certification Exam and State Licensing test. A Masseuse does not.
Q: Why can I only schedule one appointment at a time, my 1st time using the system?
A: This rule has been set in place to ensure the reliability of new clients and prevent multiple no-call / no-shows and cancellations.

Q: Do you offer Couples massage or Prenatal massage?
A: Premiere Touch Therapeutic Massage does not offer Couples massages or Prenatal massages.

Q: Does Premiere Touch Therapeutic Massage accept Insurance?
A: We do not accept insurance. We can provide an insurance receipt that can be submitted for repayment. You will need to check with your employer or insurance company for approval.
